All curriculum, design system, brand assets, course materials, bot personalities, illustrations, and source code in this Service are the exclusive intellectual property of First Dynasty Foundation and its affiliate First Dynasty School of Technology.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal learning while your subscription is active. PDFs you download during an active plan or trial are yours to keep for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, or sublicense any portion of the Service; (b) train machine-learning models on our materials; (c) clone, copy, or substantially imitate our branding, naming, course structure, or proprietary bot personalities for any competing service.

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action under copyright, trademark, and unfair-competition law.
